I would never normally bother you with this sort of thing, but I recently discovered a heart breaking disease that I had not come across before. Mute Tourettes Syndrome (MTS) which is linked to standard Tourettes Syndrome.

Normal Tourettes children can verbally express anger, stress, frustration through speech and this is a pressure relief valve for them. MTS children, being mute, cannot do this. MTS children are trapped in a body that is crying out for them to cry out - and they can't.

Only this last month did I discover a charity called The Mute Tourettes Foundation (MTF) which I personally think is fantastic. They help MTS children express their true feelings and hence help relieve their suffering.
